Drop-Off & Pick-Up

As a small, family-run boarding facility, we schedule every drop-off and pick-up individually with each client. This lets us give your dog our full attention when they arrive and when they head home — no rushing, no waiting in line behind other families.

Please reach out in advance to schedule your drop-off and pick-up times. We'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule and ours, so your dog gets the best possible start and finish to their stay.

No drop-offs or pick-ups on major holidays.

 We offer deluxe boarding in spacious, climate-controlled accommodations designed for your dog’s comfort, safety, and relaxation. Each guest enjoys access to large individual play yards where they can exercise, explore, and unwind in a safe and supervised environment. 

  Cancellation Policy

 We understand that plans can change, and we always strive to work with our families whenever possible.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to adjust our schedule and availability.

For extended stays longer than five (5) days, cancellations made without reasonable notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved stay if we are unable to refill the reserved accommodations.

Whenever possible, we make every effort to accommodate schedule changes and minimize or avoid cancellation fees altogether.
